About
Wil Zenigma

My name is Wil Zenigma. My work is shaped by my lived experience with trauma, addiction, homelessness, and loss, and by the journey that led me to understand how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves. Through the T.A.R.S. Platform, I help people understand how identity is programmed, how awareness creates choice, and how we can rewrite the life we choose and deserve.

If you've ever felt like you became someone you were never meant to be, I invite you to keep reading. Thank you for visiting my website, and welcome to the T.A.R.S. Platform!

The meaning of my name Wil Zenigma: Wil Zenigma is a willing, peaceful mystery - a person who disrupts stigma, recodes identity programming, and helps others rewrite the code shaping who they choose and deserve to become.

"We are not broken.
we were programmed—and we can rewrite the script."

I choose to script a new code.

Wil Zenigma delivers keynote presentations that challenge stigma, expand awareness, and inspire intentional change through lived experience, professional coaching, and the T.A.R.S. philosophy.

The Story That Wrote Me

A powerful keynote exploring how the stories we learn shape our identity—and how awareness creates choice.

I strengthen my new response by practicing it with others.

coaching

Coaching isn't something I do separately from the rest of my work — it's the lens underneath all of it.

I earned my coaching certification in 2014. Since then, that training has shaped how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I help people trace a pattern back to where it started. It shows up in conversations, in how I mentor others in recovery, and in the way I approach every keynote and workshop.

I'm currently building out a formal coaching practice — bringing that same lens into one-on-one and small-group settings where people are ready to do deeper, more intentional work on their own story.

If you're looking for someone who understands both the theory and the lived experience behind change, coaching with WilZ starts with a conversation.

I integrate my new response through the experience I encounter.

T.A.R.S. Rewrite Program

A structured system of tools built from lived experience to understand identity, how it was programmed, rewrite that programming, and build lasting change. The program is currently being pilot tested.

The T.A.R.S. Rewrite SYSTEM

I refine my new response through the experiences I encounter.

T.A.R.S. Movement for a Human-Centered Shift in How People See People

The T.A.R.S. Movement represents the common journey many people experience after trauma, stigma, addiction, or mental health challenges. We exist to challenge stigma, expand awareness, and inspire a more human-centered approach to recovery, mental health, and identity. Through speaking, coaching, advocacy, and education, we are changing the conversation—one person, one story, and one community at a time.

The T.A.R.S. Journey

T — Trauma: Where the journey often begins.

A — Addiction: The survival strategies we develop to cope.

R — Recovery: The decision to choose a different path.

S — Sobriety: The foundation for living a rewritten life.

T.A.R.S. Philosophy

Programming shapes perception.
Perception influences emotion.
Emotion drives behavior.

Awareness creates choice.
Choice rewrites identity.

I carry my new response into new experiences.
