The T.A.R.S. Transformation Group is a structured, community-centered program for identity recoding — built for people who are ready to do the work, together. Using the SCAN Assessment, STIGMA Model, CODE Scripting, and REWRITTEN Path, this group moves through the full T.A.R.S. Platform as a community.
The T.A.R.S. Transformation Group is not a support group in the traditional sense. It is a structured identity recoding program delivered in a community format — guided by the same frameworks used in 1-on-1 coaching, but powered by the collective strength of shared experience.
Recovery requires connection. Healing was never meant to happen alone. This group creates a space where people can do the deep work of identity transformation while building the community that sustains it.
Understanding how trauma shaped your identity — before you were aware of it.
Reframing addiction as a survival strategy — not a moral failure.
The turning point — where awareness begins to replace survival mode.
Living the identity you choose — where transformation becomes embodied truth.
"Recovery requires connection.
Healing was never meant to happen alone.
The T.A.R.S. Group is where awareness becomes wisdom,
choice becomes power, embodiment becomes freedom,
and your story becomes part of something larger —
a movement."
The group program delivers the same T.A.R.S. frameworks in a community setting. Individual coaching is available in addition to — or separate from — the group program.
Learn About 1-on-1 Coaching →The T.A.R.S. Group is designed for flexibility — structured enough to create real transformation, open enough to meet people where they are.
Recurring weekly sessions following the T.A.R.S. curriculum — the most accessible entry point into the group program.
Structured multi-week programs where a cohort moves through the curriculum together — deeper community, deeper transformation.
Condensed intensive group experiences for organizations, treatment centers, or community groups seeking immersive transformation work.
Each phase of the group program corresponds to one of the T.A.R.S. Platform frameworks — moving from awareness through recoding to embodiment and community.
Using the SCAN Assessment and STIGMA Model to identify triggers, patterns, and the trauma-programmed beliefs that have been directing your story. You cannot change what you cannot see.
Using CODE Scripting to replace survival-based programming with intentional identity. This phase is where awareness becomes action — and new patterns begin to form through repetition and conscious choice.
The REWRITTEN Path is where transformation becomes lived truth. This phase focuses on moving from recovery into sobriety — and learning to live the identity you've chosen, on purpose, every day.
The final phase is about giving back — spreading awareness, fighting stigma, expanding the network, and becoming part of a community-driven movement for collective healing and identity programming.
Anyone who has experienced trauma and is ready to understand how it shaped their identity — and how to begin changing that programming.
Whether you're newly in recovery or years into the journey, the T.A.R.S. Group meets you where you are and supports long-term identity programming.
This is a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ people navigating the compounding weight of identity, stigma, trauma, and recovery.
If you've ever felt like you're living someone else's story — shaped by labels, survival, or other people's expectations — this group is for you.
