Break STIGMA. Script new CODE. Live REWRITTEN.
Wil Zenigma is a speaker, recovery coach, and LGBTQ+ advocate who bridges trauma, stigma, addiction, and recovery through lived experience, structured methods, and a message focused on breaking stigma and rewriting identity.
"You are not who your past programmed you to be."
My name is Wil Zenigma. My work is focused on understanding how trauma shapes identity, how stigma reinforces that programming, and how people can reclaim the power to rewrite the life they choose and deserve to live.
The name Wil Zenigma means a peaceful mystery willing to live REWRITTEN.
"Trauma programs identity long before we realize it. Recovery is not just about changing behavior — it is about rewriting identity."

SCAN gathers your triggers and patterns. The STIGMA Model reveals how shame, trauma, labels, and avoidance shaped your identity — giving you power over it.
CODE teaches you to rewrite the programming your past gave you — and choose the life you want and deserve to live.
REWRITTEN is how you move from recovery into sobriety and learn to live there — turning new patterns into lived identity.
T.A.R.S. is a freely shared, living, adaptable source of collective growth — spreading the work, fighting stigma, expanding the network.
Addiction is often not the real problem. It is a coping strategy developed in response to trauma. When we begin to address the trauma and develop healthier coping skills, something deeper begins to change — we begin to change the way we see ourselves.
The wound that starts the cycle. Unhealed trauma reshapes identity before we're even aware of it.
The adaptation. Addiction is not failure — it is a survival response to pain never learned to process.
The turning point. Recovery begins the process — where awareness replaces survival mode.
The destination. Sobriety is where identity programming ends and a chosen life becomes possible.
"T.A.R.S is not just a journey...
it is the path to becoming
who you choose to be."
"Through personal experience, practical frameworks, and audience engagement, his talks help audiences understand the connection between trauma, addiction, recovery, and identity programming."Speaking Rates & Info
